• Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@medelen.org within 30 days of first accepting this Privacy Policy, stating your name and intent to opt out.
• This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for the protection of intellectual property or confidential information.

If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect, except that the class action waiver is not severable from the rest of this section.
